Jonathan Halls describes himself as a modern-day Tarzan.  Just as Tarzan swings between trees in the jungle, Jonathan sees his career as swinging between different areas of expertise in the modern-day jungle of work.

On one hand, he's a leadership and communication specialist who draws on his extensive experience as an executive, businessman and trainer to help people lead better and become better communicators.

On the other hand he's a media guru with 20 years experience working with radio, television and newspaper organizations that have made some of the most radical changes in our generation to the way they work.

And then he's also a college professor at one of America's leading universities.

Convergent Expertise

This diversity of expertise does not create a Jekyll & Hyde career persona, he claims.  In fact, he argues, each area of expertise intersects to gives his work as a motivator, teacher and businessman, greater depth.

And it's this Tarzan experience of swinging between what seem like divergent interests -  that are really convergent specialties - that gives Jonathan his unique insights.

Jonathan writes and speaks across his convergent areas of specialty.  Here is a selection of articles you're free to print, share in your own training and development and re-print in newsletters or magazines.
